ATTENTION: As apart of any purchases you make, you are allowed access to downloadable image files, and audio files to rip to a CD, or share with friends on social media with credit. For your personal use ONLY, unless otherwise granted upon request in other professions, you are given permission to use my music for your creations, but are NOT allowed to repost, resell, or recreate any music WITHOUT permission under Article 1 Section 8 | Clause 8 of the Constitution of the United States. Thank you for your cooperation!
THE DO'S
After purchase and having access to downloadable audio files, you may rip to a CD, or share with friends on social media with credit.
THE DO NOT'S
Use in YouTube video's, background music, streaming, public performance, radio, and re-uploading without permission.
For professional use in films, trailers, video games, ect., for small businesses, a fee of $600 to $1,000 U.S. dollars will be charged per use of a song. For larger businesses and production companies, a fee of $15,000 to $20,000 U.S. dollars will be charged per use of a song. This is by no means a penalty fine but a form of business unless work is infringed. See bottom of page.

Returns not accepted for digital products
Failure to comply with the rules of use will result in a fine of $200 or $150,000 for each work infringed. Violation of copyright laws is considered a criminal offense and you can receive up to 5 years in prison.
