Refund Policy

Value and Expiry: eCard is available in various denominations and do not have an expiry date. Non-Transferable: eCard is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or Stolen Card: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eCard. Treat it like cash. Balance Inquiry: To inquire about the balance of your eCard, please contact customer support with your card details. Use Restrictions: eCard cannot be used to purchase additional e-gift cards. They are to be used ONLY for purchases on this website for personal use ONLY and cannot be resold. Cancellation and Refunds: eCard purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold eCard orders and balances if we suspect fraud or misuse.
