Last updated: March 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, apps, and related services (the “Service”). It also describes your choices and rights regarding your information.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

1: Who We Are

Kyle Larimore Productions, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides the Service.

Contact: legal@kylelarimore.com

2: Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, username, password (stored in hashed form), and profile settings (public/private).

  • Profile content: profile photo, bio, preferences, and any content you choose to publish.

  • Purchases and support: billing address (if applicable), order details, customer support messages, and records of communications.

B. Payment information

When you pay for purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers (e.g., card processors, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo if available). We typically receive limited transaction details (such as payment status, last four digits, and basic billing metadata) but do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers unless explicitly stated.

C. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, app version, pages/screens viewed, interactions, and timestamps.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics (see “Cookies and Tracking” below).

  • Approximate location: inferred from IP address; precise location only if you enable it and grant permission.

D. Information from third parties (if applicable)

We may receive information from:

  • Payment providers (transaction confirmation, fraud indicators)

  • Analytics or security partners (signals to help protect accounts and prevent abuse)

  • Social or platform integrations, only if you connect them and authorize access

3: How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (create accounts, enable features, process purchases/subscriptions).

  • Secure the Service (detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access, enforce policies, debug issues).

  • Personalize your experience (preferences, settings, relevant content).

  • Communicate with you (service updates, receipts, support responses, policy changes).

  • Improve and develop the Service (analytics, testing, feature development).

  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

We do not sell your personal information.

4: Legal Bases for Processing (where required)

Depending on your location, we process information under one or more legal bases:

  • Contract necessity (to provide the Service you request)

  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement)

  • Consent (where required, such as certain cookies/marketing)

  • Legal obligation (compliance with applicable laws)

5: How We Share Information

We share information only as needed, including with:

A. Service providers

Vendors who help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support tools, fraud prevention, email delivery). They may access information only to perform services for us and must protect it.

B. Payment processors

To complete transactions, manage disputes/chargebacks, and reduce fraud.

C. Other users (depending on your settings)

If you set your profile to public, certain profile details and activity may be visible to other users. If your profile is private, visibility is limited per your settings, though some information may still be shared to enable core functionality (for example, completing transactions or delivering messages you initiate).

D. Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it’s reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law or valid legal process,

  • protect rights, safety, and security of users or the public,

  • investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.

E. Business transfers

If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6: Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies for:

  • Authentication and session management

  • Security and fraud prevention

  • Preferences and settings

  • Analytics (to understand usage and improve performance)

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preferences tools. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

7: Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for:

  • providing the Service,

  • meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements,

  • resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8: Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, such as encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and fraud detection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for using strong passwords and any available security features.

9: Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

  • Access: request a copy of personal information we hold about you.

  • Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Deletion: request deletion of your information (subject to legal exceptions).

10: Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under age 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

11: International Data Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to support these transfers.

12: Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.
