Volunteers are the on-ramp into KLP. We’ll meet you where you are, help you find the best-fit lane based on your interests, and train you as you grow. Volunteering can be short-term or long-term. Either way, it’s a community-first way to learn, contribute, and sharpen your skills.
Collaborators work with us on specific projects by bringing your strengths alongside ours to build something together. Like volunteering, collaboration can be part-time and flexible, but it’s more project-driven and role-specific, and compensation is reward based. The goal is shared creation, shared momentum, and meaningful contribution.
Partners step into a more formal, industry-standard working relationship with a clear compensation structure. This is where fee-splitting, commission, or project-based payouts can come into play depending on the work. Partnerships are designed for ongoing, professional-level collaboration; great work, clear expectations, and a fair arrangement for everyone involved.

Larimore Music Academy
If you love teaching music and want to pour into a thriving community of students, Larimore Music Academy is for you. You can join as a volunteer educator and help shape a positive, growth-minded learning environment. If you already have students, you can also partner with the academy and teach within our ecosystem. Educators who specialize in a specific instrument, music theory, or a focused skill can offer private one-on-ones and tailored learning paths. This is a community where we learn to think musically together and empower musicians, one note at a time.
