This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work for physical products, digital products, and subscription services purchased through our website and related services (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1: Overview
Because many of our items are made-to-order and fulfilled only after an order is placed, standard returns and exchanges are generally not supported. That said, we will always make it right if your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error.
2: Physical Products (Made-to-Order/Shipped Items)
A. Returns & Exchanges

Standard returns and exchanges are not supported for physical products, since items are printed or produced only after they are ordered.
B. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Manufacturing Errors)
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect due to a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund, you must:

Email support@kylelarimore.com within 30 days of delivery

Use the same email address used to place the order (the email shown on your order confirmation)

Include photo proof of the issue (and packaging if applicable)

Include your order number and a brief description of the problem
If approved:

We will issue a full refund for the affected item(s)

Once fully refunded, you may reorder the same item or a different product(s)
C. What is not covered
Refunds are not provided for:

Buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons (unless required by law)

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused after delivery (misuse, accidents, improper care)

Issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
3: Digital Products (Downloads/Digital Content)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are generally final once delivered or made available for download.
However, we may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion if:

The file is corrupted or fails to download and we cannot reasonably resolve it, or

You were charged multiple times for the same digital purchase, or
-
Access was not provided due to a verified technical error on our side

4: Subscription Services (Plans/Memberships)
A. Billing & Renewals

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
B. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account page or by contacting billingt@kylelarimore.com.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (you will retain access through the remainder of that paid period, unless otherwise stated).
C. Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges), contact billing@kylelarimore.com and we will investigate.
D. Account Holds/Payment Failures
If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may provide a limited grace period (if applicable to your plan) to update payment details. If payment is not resolved, access may be suspended or terminated until the outstanding balance is paid.
5: How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs (if any) are not refundable unless required by law or the refund is due to our error.
6: Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions while we investigate.
7: Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases as of the “Last updated” date.
